You will never have enough time to reach every single voter alone. You need volunteers, surrogates, and others to donate their time to meet these voters for you and help share your message. Once you have a team of volunteers and they’ve been trained on how to talk to voters, it’s time to connect with voters at their doors, on the phone, and at local events. This is the most crucial part of the election, and it requires a large organization, which in turn requires that you get your people excited about volunteering.
